Telling your story in flowers

Bel Canto Florals is a family flower farm located in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Our mother-daughter team combines a love of design, floral production and the natural world to cultivate timeless, beautiful creations.

In the pursuit of sustainable practices, we grow the majority of our flowers and foliage on our farm. With over 30 years of experience in floral design and horticulture, we weave our clients' vision with the seasonality of our land, designing beautiful florals for weddings and events.

About us

When the weather's right, you'll find Danielle, Barb and Nicole in the garden, tending to their flowers and vegetables. A mother-daughter trio, this family-run flower (and pig) farm contributes to the wealth of the land by applying sustainable practices to reduce waste and improve ecosystem health.

Over the last 30 years, Barb nurtured her love and connection to the natural world through her farm, horticulture education and career in the floral industry. Under Barb's mentorship, Danielle and Nicole's passion for gardening and floral design blossomed. Each bring a unique skillset to the family operation from their experiences in marketing, landscape design, photography, horticulture and creative pursuits.

Today, you'll find the family trio working together, sowing seeds, picking weeds, harvesting in the early mornings and orchestrating whimsically elegant floral designs for friends, family and clients.

"This is really why I made my daughters learn to garden — so they would always have a mother to love them, long after I am gone."
